If you have a query about an order or missing item, please allow 14 days before contacting us - We send ALL items first class within 24 hours of charging your order, however Royal Mail can occasionally take a little longer to get your order to you. If you order is international, please allow at least 28 days for delivery. Most UK items arrive within 3 days of placing the order, and internationally within 7 days.


However, if this time has passed and your order hasn't arrived, we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Shipping & Delivery
Before contacting us to ask about delivery of an order, please allow up to 14 days in the UK and 28 days for Europe and Rest of World. Customers will be notified by e-mail a soon as possible if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than the stated time. If goods are not available for immediate dispatch you will be asked via email if you wish to proceed.
Its been over the stated time, and my items still haven't arrived?
Please contact us and state your order number, and the items that haven't arrived, and we'll get straight on it! If you only email us with 'my order hasn't arrived, how come', we can't really help unless you state your order number.
When are you getting X item back in stock?
We are constantly restocking, and then selling out - so please use the information on the website, and leave your email, to get notified when a particular product comes back into stock. We are restocking everything, as well as adding many new items.
I've received an incorrect item?
Every effort is made to keep errors to a minimum and therefore stock is carefully inspected prior to despatch, but unfortunately mistakes do happen from time-to-time. Please return the incorrect item along with the completed returns form.
I need to return an item?
You are welcome to send back to us any items. As long as the item is unworn and in a resalable condition, we will be happy to exchange for another size. Please complete the returns form enclosed in your delivery, ensuring your name and address and any other necessary information is included. Please return the item to us within 10 working days of receipt. CCKT  cannot be held accountable for loss of incoming mail, so it is your responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches us safely. Generally our customers return parcels using Royal Mail's 1st or 2nd class service; please ensure you obtain a certificate of posting if you decide to use either. For your piece of mind we recommend that you return your parcel using a service with a tracking number (e.g. Royal Mail Recorded Delivery).
How can I pay?
At the moment we accept all forms of payment that go through PAYPAL.  We are looking promptly into offering other forms of payment to please our customers.
